Returns and Exchange

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Dr. Sponge™ purchase but understand that sometimes an item needs to be returned or exchanged. If you are not completely satisfied with your order from us for any reasons, we will gladly make an exchange or refund your money on unused and unopened (inner sealed packaging) items within 30 days of your original receipt. Unfortunately for sanitary reasons, we can not accept return or exchange on used or opened (inner sealed packaging) products that are not of manufacturing defect.

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our Customer Support Team via email at Support@drsponge.com for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Returns

If you would like to return your merchandise purchased on drsponge.com, please follow the return instructions below.

  • Contact our Customer Support Team for a RMA#, which needs to be written on the outside of your return package.
  • Securely pack your merchandise, being sure to include a copy of the invoice/packing slip along with your contact information.

  • For credit card refunds, we will process your return within 3 business days upon receipt of the returned item and approval by our Return Department, though it may take up to 15 business days for the credit to appear on your statement. For check refund, the refund check will be mailed out within 7 business days upon receipt of the returned item and approval by our Return Department. The refund check will be mailed through the United States Postal Service First Class Mail to the Bill To Address on the order. It can take up to 7 business days for the check to get delivered. For cash refund customers, our Customer Support Team will contact you within 3 business days upon receipt of the returned item and approval by our Return Department to arrange for you to pick up the refund.

Please note that all refunds will be credited back to your original tender. All returns are subject to inspection by our Return Department and may incur up to a 10% restocking fee on each order. We reserve all rights to reject or decline any return that is not in compliance with our return and exchange policy. FINAL SALES items are sold as it and can not be returned or exchanged. For items purchased at our authorized retailers, please contact the store directly. For gift returns or orders with different shipping & billing information, or if you paid with a Gift Card or voucher, the refund will be issued in the form of online credit, which you can use for a future online purchase.

Exchanges

To make an exchange for an item purchased on drsponge.com, please follow the return instructions below.

  • Contact our Customer Support Team for a Merchandise Exchange Form and a RMA#, which needs to be written on the outside of your return package.
  • Complete the Merchandise Exchange Form. Be sure to specify the replacement item including the specific product name and SKU#.
  • Securely pack your merchandise, being sure to include a copy of the invoice/packing slip.

  • We will process your exchange request within 3 business days upon receipt of the original merchandise. If the requested item has a higher price than the original merchandise, we will contact you for your payment information for the remaining balance. If the requested item has a lower price than the original merchandise, the different in prices will be issued according to the following.

Credit will be issued:

Back to your original tender if you paid with credit card.
Dr. Sponge™ Electronic Gift Certificate if you are exchanging a gift you received.
A new Dr. Sponge™ Electronic Gift Certificate if you paid with a Gift Certificate or voucher.
If the requested item for exchange is not available, we will credit your account in the form of online credit, which you can use for a future online purchase.

Returning Defective/Wrong Merchandise

If you received a damaged, wrong, or defective merchandise, please immediately contact our Customer Support Team and please do not discard any parts of the packaging that you received as this may be needed for carrier inspection. We apologize for any inconvenience, and our Customer Support Team will assist you and provide you with detailed instructions on how to return yourdamaged, wrong, or defective merchandise. For returned or exchanged merchandises without manufacturing defect or shipping damages, the cost of shipping may not be refunded. If returning an item that qualified you for a bonus gift, please include the bonus gift with your return. If you keep the bonus gift you will be charged for it's value.
